Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluent Treatment Plant

An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is a facility designed to treat wastewater and industrial effluents before they are released into the environment or reused. The main goals of an ETP are to remove contaminants, reduce pollution, and ensure that the treated water meets regulatory standards for discharge or reuse

Waste management remains a formidable challenge due to the lack of advanced technology and the increased water requirements of our activities. While water availability is not an issue in our location, the necessity to reuse wastewater is paramount for sustainable operations. At present, there is a 600 KLD (Kilo Liters per Day) plant to cater to the needs of both existing and forthcoming construction projects, which will significantly expand our capacity to serve the community. While our hospital currently possesses an adequate LWTP (Liquid Waste Treatment Plant) for existing operations, the 600KLD LWTP is imperative for upcoming projects and to comply with regulatory standards.
The current infrastructure, particularly our effluent cum sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant, is insufficient to meet the growing demands of our hospital and ongoing construction projects. We have completed an Effluent Treatment Plant with enhanced capacity to address this pressing need.
