”Joy’s Touch” – YOUR SMART PERSONAL HOSPITAL

Joys Touch is a life saving device to help monitor medical parameters and raise an emergency in case of breach of normal values or by pressing an SOS button in times of distress or danger communicating through a Mobile Application to the cloud.
”Joy’s Touch” is an integration of

All this will be working under common platform called the Good Samaritan application where the user can request the nearest and unengaged Ambulance. An Ambulance driver using the same app can get notification of the request, confirm and navigate to the user who has requested. This app also lets different organization irrespective of their politics, religion, caste or class, can register volunteers under them as Good Samaritans.

Communication
This system that constantly reads all those parameters, will auto alert the 24/7 Control Room if there is any alarming breach of normal values. This Smart Watch also have an SOS button to alert the control room if the person wearing it feel any distress that needs support. It will be communicating to a mobile application installed in user’s Android phone and in turn will send a very small set of data which will have details of

2.    Caller’s identity and
3.    GPS Location and
4.    Required security identity tokens


CCA
It is a proprietary Cloud Call Architecture that will convert alert received from the Smart Watch into a normal telephone call to the control room. The system in the cloud is capable making parallel calls if necessary.

Back Office Control Room System
 The Back Office Control System is secured software environment that will

2.    Display of the calls landed under various conditions

Call Management Dashboard

The system is capable of making parallel calls like calling all numbers defined by the family and friends together whereas when any one of them attends the call, the rest gets the message that has the details of the caller, information regarding the person who attended the call, GPS location and the type of emergency.

Ambulance Management System

Tele-Medicine Application
This system is auto integrated to a Tele-Medicine application for which a huge network of doctors of various specializations enrolled in. A registered user of the Smart Watch is auto registered into this system as well. A person under distress can be connected with a doctor at control room for the right medical advice and the vitalreadings from the Joy’s Touch is transferred for referenceto the hospital (if the patient has given consent to the control room) before the patient arrives at the respective hospital in the case of emergency.
